Things to know when booking a limo for prom:

At Exquisite limousine we consider it appropriate to know the maximum number of people who will be in the limo on that day. This enables us to advise the client on the most suitable limo type to use. We ensure that these limousines suit the occasion whether it is an event party or not. Once this is decided, the client needs to make a choice form the various limos available. All limousines have different capacities some are 10, 14, 18 or more. One also needs to make a choice from the various limos available either a sedan, stretch limo, SUV limo or a hummer.  At Exquisite limo we have a wide variety of limos in our fleet to choose from. When it comes to renting limousines, we recommend researching the company that best suit one’s specifications. Limos may be the same but the service offered depends on a particular company. If you are calling several companies for price quotations you will undoubtedly get a wide range of prices. Usually you will find that several companies will be about the same price with one or two being lower and one or two being higher. All reputable companies such as Exquisite Limo have similar expenses such as proper insurance, licenses and maintenance costs. Therefore in order to run a quality of service and professionalism we end up with with similar prices. Companies offering significantly lower rates are cutting out on something! This translates into poorer service: inferior limos, poorly trained chauffeurs, unlicensed or uninsured operators.  Some of these cheaper companies may decide at the last minute to change a customer’s vehicle to cater for another one who may be offering to pay a higher price. To avoid this, you should research the companies, make appointment to view the limo you would be renting and always get a contract.

Once a company has been chosen, reservations for the limo can be made.
Once an individual has selected a company, he or she needs to book the chosen vehicle. This is to ensure that the individual is not given a different vehicle from the one requested. Prom limos must be booked by an adult parent or guardian.  Exquisite limo will call you prior to the event to finalize the booking and confirm the reservation in order to ensure that all the needed specifications have been met.
