Booking a bachelorette party limousine can be either an easy process or one that causes anxiety at the last minute. At Exquisite limo, we have included information below to make your special event a fun and painless experience.
1) Book Limousine transportation At Least 2 Months In Advance – Make sure to call transportation companies way in advance of the party since there are many times during the year that limousine companies are booked solid (Proms, Weddings, Special Events).
2) Ask The Right Questions – Make sure to tell the bachelorette party limo company the following information:
When You Need the Limo
Your Departure and Destination
How Long You Need the Limo
How Many Girls You Have Going
Find out What the Limousine Includes (DVD Player, CD player, Radio, TV, etc)
3) How Much Is The Limousine – It is important to remember that most limo companies have a minimum amount of hours as well as needing gratuity (tips). Find out all the charges and the total gross cost so you are not surprised on the day or evening of the bachelorette party. Most limousine companies require a deposit to reserve the vehicle.
4) What Is Included? – Find out in the price what is included since many times limo companies may throw in some extras. Many times you can also get a bachelorette party package deal so find out and ask at the beginning.
5) Get a Referral from a Friend and read reviews- It is always nice to get a referral from a friend who has used a company before. Some limo companies show more customer service than others and are easier to deal with. In addition, you don’t want one that may cancel on you the night of the bachelorette party (which is not common but a bummer when it happens).
6) How Much Should You Tip The Limo Driver – Make sure to tip the chauffeur, Remember they are making sure you stay safe while having a good time. The recommended tip for a limo driver is 15%. Some limousine companies will add the 15% directly unto the bill.
7) Who Pays For the Bachelorette Party Limo - It is customary for the bridesmaids & maid of honour to all chips in and pay for the limo. Everyone should help treat the bachelorette / bride-to-be to her transportation. It is helpful for whoever is planning the bachelorette party limo to collect all the money in advance to reduce confusion & stress.
