Perfect your wedding
Your colors have been chosen, the reception hall has been booked, and the honeymoon is planned. Between the dress and tuxedo fittings, the florist, and the caterer you are usually exhausted by time your big day arrives. With so many details needing your attention, wedding and honeymoon transportation is often overlooked or left until the last minute. Whether you need a sedan for the bride and groom or transportation for the entire wedding party, choosing a limousine company can be overwhelming. There are a few things to bear in mind while shopping for PERFECT wedding limousine service.
P. Plan your itinerary. Determine the number of people needing transportation. Booking the maximum number of people in the limousine will be extremely uncomfortable. Do not book the car to its capacity or underestimate how warm and uncomfortable formal clothing is. Remember timing is everything. Rent the limousine for at least an hour beyond your schedule.
E. Ensure the company is legitimate and is fully licensed and insured. Their insurance should cover the vehicle and the passengers. We recommend they carry at least $5 million coverage. All drivers should possess a current chauffeur’s license and have passed a background check. Reputable limousine services should welcome you to their location see the car prior to your event. Be cautious if a company offers to meet you in a parking lot. Closely inspect the interior and exterior condition of the limousine to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
R. Research before making a decision by asking for references from the limousine service. They should be delighted to offer them to you. This is an opportunity for them to shine and have their other customers share their experiences.
F. Finalize your plans. Inquire about wedding discounts or specials. Some limousine services offer discounts for booking your bachelor/ette parties and the wedding transportation at the same time.
E. Ensure you understand the quoted price. Some quotes may not include gratuity, sales tax, or administrative fees. There may also be a minimum hour required to receive a special price.
C. Confirm your plans well before your trip date. Nothing would be worse than to be late for your own wedding. Everyone makes mistakes so review the documentation from your service. Check dates, times, addresses, and the prices.
T. Exquisite Limousine Service is a full service ground transportation company wanting to help you celebrate your special day.
